Start With One Thing

When taking back control of your eating & health it is important to start with one thing. The one thing you pick has to be non-negotiable. Example: Stop drinking coffee, taking sugary creamer out of coffee, no late night snacking, taking vitamins daily, drinking a fresh juice daily, eating a salad, eating a fresh fruit, drinking more water daily. When you start with one thing you can take control. Once you mastered that one thing then you move on to the next. The key word is to START! What is one thing you can start today?
