Let Go Of Judgement
The key is to not make things hard, but tell yourself it will be easy. Again this journey starts with your mindset. You have to go into with a positive mindset, say “I can take control of my health and I will not judge myself.” At this stage we are just making a plan and honoring that commitment to”The One Thing.” Next you need to share your plan with those around you. Let’s say your goal is to stop drinking soda and replace it with water. Once you share that with those at work and home, they will CALL YOU OUT, if you have a soda in your hand.
