Family Meals

For those Mom’s out there constantly trying to find meals to cook for their children that are healthy and that the kids will like, please raise your hand 🙋‍♀️. Well, that is me for sure. As you know the key is planning in advance. Create a menu that you can manage through the week. Keep it visible so the family knows what is for dinner each night or else if your family is like mine they will ask you ALL DAY “what is for dinner?” If I need to make a quick meal I love buying either, shrimp patties, salmon patties or mahi patties from Trader Joes, and I will make what my kids call “fish burgers.” You really don’t know what your kids will like until you let them try it. This meal will take me 15-20 minutes from start to finish; it is tasty and the kids like it!
