Easy healthy breakfast on-the go. Am I the only one who is rushing to get out of the door in the morning? I don’t think so. It is so easy to eat unhealthy food because you are rushing. Planning your breakfast ideas in advance is as important as your meal prep for dinner. Some healthy Ideas I lean towards baking egg white bites with spinach & bell peppers or I drink my Shakeology. Eating a healthy breakfast definitely fuels my mornings and makes me feel better throughout my day. I was NEVER a breakfast person so I had to force myself to eat something. Understand your body is craving these healthy options and give it what it needs!
