My Weightloss
I recently lost 17 pounds and over 23 inches since January of this year. In December of 2020, I looked at myself in the mirror and truly didn’t understand how I gained the pounds I did. I have always been a dancer, taught group fitness classes, was doing Spartan races and for over a year I was doing Beachbody programs. I was working out hard, but not seeing results. Then an email came into my inbox asking if I wanted to be a part of a new program launching soon called 9WCF. It was like a huge light went off in my head saying this is it Cindy, this is it. I decided to contact my coach and tell them I want to be a part of this program. At that moment I was just looking to lose 8 pounds. The area I needed to focus on more than ever was my nutrition and portion control. So guess what? I took control. The first 9 weeks I lost 8 pounds, the second 9 weeks, I did 9WCF off the wall and I lost 8 pounds. In the last 2 weeks I have lost another pound by just maintaining my workouts and nutrition. Finding and sticking to the right program matters. If you are on your weightloss journey do not give up, breakthrough is around the corner.
