Advanced Fitness Part 2
Hello Mr. or Mrs. Fitness! There are many components to owning your Advanced Fitness Title. Here are a few that you should have nailed down at this point; Self-Care, Motivation and Pay-it-forward.
Self-Care is a huge deal in the training world. You are useless if you are sore, aching, grumpy, tense, or stressed out all the time. You need to put your self-care as a priority in your life, I am especially speaking to all the ladies out there. We need to put EVERYONE else first. Take the time to read a positive book, get a pedicure or even a massage. As hard as you work your body you need to find a way to decompress from life.
Motivation is different for everyone. I get my motivation from the Bible and praying, talking to inspiring friends and reading motivational books. For you it can be a podcast, my husband loves listening to Spartan podcast, they pump him up. Daily quotes can lift your spirits too, and testimonials are great because you see those that have gone before you. Find you motivation to keep moving today!
