Advanced Fitness Part 1
Hello Mr. or Mrs. Fitness! There are many components to owning your Advanced Fitness Title. Here are a few that you should have nailed down at this point. 1. Fitness Routine 2. Nutrition 3. Hydration 4. Recovery
Your Fitness Routine should comprise of 5-6 workouts per weeks. The does include active rest days. You should have a good flow between strength training and cardio. For active rest days consider yoga or pilates to help stretch your muscles out after hard workout days.
Your nutrition has to be on point for you to maintain your goals or reach new ones. I believe that it’s 70% nutrition and 30% fitness routine that gets you the great results your looking for. Find a Nutrition plan that is healthy and safe for your body. Always consult a doctor to make you’re getting exactly what you need. Also, you can work with a nutritionist to help reach your goals.
Have you heard the term drink half your body weight in ounces? Well the saying is true. Hydration is key, we need water for our bodies to function properly. Especially if you are on an Advanced Fitness schedule. Do not neglect giving your cells, organs, tissues and muscles what they need… WATER!
Recovery is something we all need to participate in. Throughout my blogs I will share different types of recovery methods. You have to find what works for you. That could be an epson salt bath or a post workout recovery drink, late night stretching. There are many options find what works for your body and your schedule!
