Intermediate Fitness
You may be at the intermediate fitness level and you are ready to jump your fitness up a notch. If this is you there are three areas you should have under control. 1. Fitness Routine 2. Nutrition 3. Hydration. At this level you are most likely working out 3-5 days per week consistently. You are maintaining consistent eating habits that help fuel you and your workouts. You understand that water is your best friend and you always need some by your side. If even one of these are off, then you are off. There needs to be a proper balance to the system you are trying to maintain or correct. For example, if you are working out 3 days a week, take the next step and do 4 days a week. If you are stuck in your weight-loss journey or have plateaued, you need to count those calories, or change up your recipes. Follow a proper Nutrition guide like 2B Mindset. The key here is to track your eating habits. With your Hydration, maybe you are only getting in 24oz of water a day, try incorporating another 16 oz in your day, and continue to build up from there. The key is to take baby steps up to the next level, NOT leap, make small progressive steps forward.
