Beginner Fitness
When you first start your Fitness journey you need a guide to help and support you. You need this for many reasons, but the top one is so you do not hurt yourself. The main reason why I see a million people in the gym in January and only 30% of those in March is because many of them injured themselves doing a move incorrectly. Watching videos or working with a trainer on how to properly maneuver fitness equipment is a great start. Look for those one have obtained results you want, and see what programs worked best for them. Start incorporating a workout schedule; start with at least 3 days week. I love programs like the C25K app that take you from the couch to running a 5k. Imagine doing a 5k? I used to HATE, hear me, HATE running. I did the C25k app program and gained confidence in my ability to run. Not only have I done a 5k, I have done a Spartan Sprint. The key is to Start! So let’s go!!!
