It all starts with a goal. Pull out a piece of paper and write down what your number 1 fitness goal is. Is it to lose weight, gain mass, tone, maintain weight, etc. Now be specific how much weight do you want to lose? Next, you want to find a plan that meets your need and budget. If your goal is to lose weight you can hire a personal trainer to work with you one on one. If that option is too expensive then you can join a gym that has exercise classes. If you are only able to be virtual then your options are endless and affordable. One option I love is Beachbody, they have so many online training programs that include nutrition guidelines and a coach. This can give you the biggest bang for your buck. The key to these three suggestions is accountability. You have to have accountability to pull you towards wanting to reach your goal on your good and bad days. Here is the most important part, your family. You have to get your family and friends on board with your plan. They have to support your journey toward Good Health and Fitness, so you can have better success. Let me tell you when they do, they will want to join the journey too.
