30 Minutes
Did you know that just 30 minutes of exercise a day is good for you. You may say “Cindy how can that be true?” I am a living example, I work out 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I am in the best shape of my life. Within that time I do weightlifting and tabata cardio to get my heart rate up. Since January I have lost 22 pounds exercising 30 minutes a day and eating healthy meals. Make it a point to be active for at least 30 minutes a day!
