Good Workout for Toning Your Arms
I love doing complex moves for my arms. I use both weights and bands to challenge my upper body. Do 15 reps of each exercise all at once, with a 20 second break, and do it 3 times total.

Overhead triceps extension with a band
Chair pose triceps extension with a band
I do Complex moves in 4 of my 5 workouts per week. It always gives me the best bang for my time. I do use lighter weights for these moves, because it adds us to a lot of reps and I want to make sure I am doing the moves properly. Safety is always first!
