Fall Into Fitness
During this time of year we understand there are many temptations when it comes to food choices. The holidays bring all the treats and more. The key is portion control. I am not the type to tell you to stay away from everything. You do not need to eat the whole pie or even a huge slice. Cut up 1 inch pieces and savor just one bite, walk away and you will see 10, 20 or even 30 minutes from that point that is all you needed. Your body may even point you to choose something more healthy. Nutrition is key to your Fitness journey. So don’t fall into bad habits but fall into Fitness.
