People ask me all the time, how do I tone my legs? I have several favorite options. Barre is a great foundation to build, tone and strengthen your legs and your core. It can even help you with your balance. My other favorite is using a step & one weight. With that equipment you can do squat jumps, split squats on the step, up and overs, and rotating and squat jumps. Remember to always consult a doctor or personal trainer before doing any strenuous exercises. My other go to leg exercises is knee drivers which brings up your heart rate, goblet squat and hip henge. Depending on the day I do 8-10-12 reps for approximately 5 - 7 rounds. Let me tell you, it burns so good and is definitely worth it!
