Stand Together

As a Mom of 2 young (mutli-ethnic) children I feel it is important for my kids to understand some of what’s happening in the world according to their age. This is not to scare them, but to prepare them for the future, because they are the future. Can I just say there was ALOT for us to share in 2020 with them. One thing I installed into my children is to love and be kind to one another. Random acts of kindness to others can go a long way. I make it fun/real for my kids, like paying for a strangers meal, buying a stranger a cup of coffee, praying for stranger when you see them crying… I remind them to LOOK UP, not to focus so much on what is happening in your own life, but to look around and see who has a need one day at a time.
