Family Meeting

In our Nañez Casa we have something called Family Meeting. Now anyone in the house can call a family meeting at anytime, except the cat 🐱 lol. At this time we express our feelings. Maybe someone said or did something the other did not like. Another example is a change that needs to be made in our household. Because we are dealing with so many emotions we found that each person gets to talk with NO interruptions at all. The person talking holds a funny toy we have and they pretty much get the floor. I have seen some real breakthroughs happen here. Some family members don’t like family meeting too much, but after some processing they understand that sharing our feelings is important so we can make room for new things.
