Trader Joe’s Acai Bowl
Affordable Quick lunch!
With the busyness of life, we are always looking for quick meal options but the problem many of us run into is finding the healthy ones. I am enthusiastic over the new Trader Joe’s acai bowls. They have approximately 250 calories and all you have to do is warm them up in the microwave for a couple of minutes and they are ready to go. To put my own spin on it, I put a banana cause bananas are my favorite and it gave my meal more balance. Because acai bowls are created to be on the cooler side, I paired my meal with a cup of warm turmeric green tea. Did you know turmeric is good for improving memory, lessening pain, lowering the risk of heart disease, and it helps fight depression.
